What is "Tourist Point"?

 

We designed the program which will help you to manage the most of your Hotel or Tourist Agency activities. You can use it in a single hotel or by Tourist Agencies managing several Accomodation locations.

 

With this program you can:

·   Define all the necessary elements you might need during data aquisition (rooms, expenses, guest types, document types, owner data...)

·   Manage the complete guests data (dates, accomodations, status...)

·   View a complete rooms availability on one place, with ability to check imediately the guests in any room, making reservations from the same screen, viewing rooms by status (occupied, reserved, free) and much more

·   Accepting and managing the complete reservations process

·   Quick and efficient guest check-out, with ability to check-out some of guests from the room, leaving the rest of them still on stay, paying the room expenses separately etc...

·   Print checkout Bills imediately at the moment guests leaves the hotel and also later for some documentation purposes.

·   Print many reports, regarding the hotel/tourist agency activity (overall results, finantial, analyze and more)

·   Manage and maintain the room cleaning plan for each selected day

·   Save and restore program data

The "Guests" menu menu is the hearth of the program:

 

·     GUEST CHECK IN/OUT - Here is the starting point when the new guest is visiting the Hotel or some Tourist agency location room. We define all necessary data for each guest. Also, this the same screen we use to enter the guest checking out and printing the Bill

·     ROOM BASED EXPENSES - We can enter all data for each room when the guests from any room order some food, drink or anything from the hotel personel which is consider to be the additional expense (also renting some devices or simillar)

·     ROOM SHIT VIEW - This option show the big "shit" where we can see all the rooms defined in each loaction and we can visualy check the duration of room occupation, or the room status (reserved or not). On this screen we can also directly enter the reservation for any room inside the unoccupied periods

·     RESERVATION MANAGEMENT - Here we can manage all the reservation data, entering (confirming) the new reservation or cancel the resrvation. Once the guest who reserved the room, visit the hotel or Tourist agency, we enter his/her arrival and the reservation is automaticaly "canceled", reversing the room status from "resrved" to "occupied"

·     AVAILABLE ROOMS - This option allows us to check how many rooms of defined number of beds in each are available. For example, we can ask we need 2 rooms with 2 beds in each, 3 rooms with 1 bed in it and 1 room with 3 beds in it - all this for some date span. The program will calculate and inform the operator if the conditions are met.

·     AVAILABLE OVERALL NUMBER OF BEDS - We can also ask the program to tell us if there are certain number of rooms available for the given date span
